F2P guarantees all its customised sportswear against material and manufacturer defects for one year from the date of delivery. F2P reserves the right to repair, replace or refund any defective items at its discretion.

F2P reserves the rights to select the most appropriate means of returning any defective items and will incur all costs associated with returning such defective items.

Incorrect sizing or fitting of F2P customised sportswear is not deemed a quality issue, and is not covered by the F2P Quality-Plus Guarantee.

All F2P quotes are obligation free and valid for 30 days from issuance. F2P may revise the quote details after this point.

Process

For the purposes of design fee charges 'Simple' design work is defined as not requiring any creation, re-drawing or re-tracing of full logos, or part thereof.

For the purposes of design fee charges 'Complex' design work is defined as requiring creation, re-drawing or re-tracing of up to 5 full logos, or part thereof. Design work for the creation, re-drawing or re-tracing of beyond 5 logos will be quoted on an hourly basis, and charged in addition to the 'Complex' design fee.

F2P's designs presented to customers are an approximation of that design on a medium size garment of the relevant model. Small variations of the design at the seam lines are an inherent part of the printing and cutting process for sizes other than the represented medium size garment. F2P makes every reasonable effort to minimise such variations.

F2P works with the design briefings provide by the customer. F2P uses The Pantone Matching system. Colour codes provided by the customer in CMYK, RGB or other descriptions will be converted to the closest Pantone number equivalent and presented in the design to be approved by the customer. Colours represented on computer screens can vary slightly. The most accurate way to check colours is to refer to The Pantone Colour Matching System Formula Guide (solid coated).

F2P makes every reasonable effort to exactly match the Pantone numbers at actual printing. However, differences in inks, humidity and fabrics can create small colour variations. Therefore, F2P warrants the Pantone colour match to be within 5%.

All designs and logos created by F2P remain the property of F2P (excluding corporate logos, sponsor's logos and other logos provided by the customer). Any reproduction or provision to other customised sportswear manufacturers of these designs and logos requires the written consent of F2P.

The customer warrants that they are the legal owner of, or have permission to use, any logos or existing designs provided to F2P. 

In cases where the customer undertakes the design work the customer must strictly adhere to F2P's design guidelines. While F2P makes every reasonable effort to ensure the design is technically correct, F2P is not responsible for any design errors committed by the customer's designer.

All designs must be formally approved by the customer before any printing and construction can begin. Delays in such approval will impact on the commencement of the manufacturing lead-time and are not the responsibility of F2P. Please review the designs carefully as changes cannot be made to the design from this point onwards and F2P is not responsible for any eventual design errors which are approved by the customer.

Each item of customised sportswear will wear the F2P logo on the outside. F2P will endeavour to locate and colour the logos to suit the design theme of the customer. The minimum length of the F2P logo on each garment will be approximately 4cm.

F2P reserves the rights to use designs, images or photos of all customised sportswear in its marketing materials.

Design Fees

All initial orders and re-orders are subject to F2P's applicable minimum order quantities.

Acceptance by F2P of any order is subject to availability of raw materials and production scheduling. F2P may, at its discretion, substitute fabrics and other garment accessories and specifications to an equivalent or higher quality to complete the order in a timely manner.

All order details such as models, sizing and specifications must be provided by the customer before printing and construction can begin. Delays in such provision will impact on the commencement of the manufacturing lead-time and are not the responsibility of F2P. Please review order details carefully as changes cannot be made from this point onwards.

F2P reserves the right to sell any customised sportswear orders rejected by the customer.

Minimums

All orders are accepted on a first-come-first-serve-basis. Design process lead-time and printing and construction process lead-time are subject to the order scheduling.

The design process lead-time is separate to, and excluded from, the printing and construction lead-time.

The design process generally takes one to two weeks. F2P normally requires 1 to 3 business days to turn-around each set of customer feedback and revisions. The exact duration of the design process and the turn-around time of revisions vary greatly and depend on the requirements of each customer. F2P therefore does not warrant a specific time period for such.

F2P's printing and construction lead-time is generally 6 to 8 weeks and can begin only when the below conditions have been met by the customer:

• Approval of the design of each model ordered
• Provision of final order details (models, sizes, quantities and optional specifications)
• Payment of 50% deposit

Exact printing and construction lead-time depends on the size and complexity of the order and the existing production scheduling. F2P makes every reasonable effort to ensure prompt delivery but reserves the right to postpone delivery if a delivery date has not been specified in writing.

F2P shall not be held accountable for delivery delays caused through issues outside of its control such as international and domestic transport delays, international customs clearance delays, or delays caused through an event deemed to be a 'force majeure'.

Process

F2P will send samples for the purposes of sizing and evaluation of quality only – not trialling purposes. Provision of samples is subject to availability of models, sizing and specifications. F2P will incur all shipping costs related to sending and returning the samples.

Garments for actual trialling purposes can be requested and are subject to availability of models, sizing and specifications. F2P will charge the customer retail price for such items.

Upon request F2P will send a Fit-Kit. The Fit-Kit is a full range of sizes for the models which the customer is intending to order. Provision of the Fit-Kit is subject to availability of models, sizing and specifications. F2P will charge the customer for all shipping costs related to sending and returning the Fit-Kit only if the customer does not proceed to place an order with F2P. 

F2P reserves the right to charge the customer retail price for any samples or Fit-Kit items not returned within 10 business days from the date F2P makes request for such return. F2P reserves the right to charge the customer retail price for any damages to samples or Fit-Kit items due to unduly roughly treatment or evidence of actual trialling.

Unless stated otherwise in writing, F2P does NOT charge for shipping costs and delivery is to the customer's door.

Unless stated otherwise in writing, F2P's quotes and invoice values include all import duties/tariffs and VAT/GST.

F2P requires a deposit for 50% of total invoice value for the garments ordered plus any applicable design fees. The deposit is non-refundable.

Payment of the deposit must be made before design work, printing and construction can begin. Delays in such payment will impact on the commencement of the manufacturing lead-time and are not the responsibility of F2P. Payment of the deposit is deemed to be final order confirmation, and all sales are final from this point.

The payment for the balance 50% of total invoice value for the garments is due upon delivery of the customised sportswear order. F2P reserves the right to apply a monthly finance charge of 2% to overdue invoices.

Customers that refuse or cancel orders after F2P has received the deposit will forfeit the deposit and F2P reserves the right to charge for the balance payment.

Design Fees

In cases where terms and conditions of any sponsorship arrangement between F2P and customers deviate from F2P's standard terms and conditions these deviations will be set forth in writing and supersede the standard terms and conditions.

F2P collects customer information for the purpose of improving the service we deliver to our customers. We may use customer information for marketing purposes.

F2P takes all reasonable security precautions to protect customer information. F2P does not disclose or sell customer information to any outside parties.

Customers provide personal information at their desertion. However, certain information may be necessary for the fulfilment of orders.

Customers have the right to request access to their information at any time and their removal from any F2P mailing lists.
