Order Process

In 6 easy steps we will create the finest customised sportswear available - and your team will have its identity! At any stage in the ordering process you can contact your Cstomer Service Representative for questions and updates. A printer friendly version of this information is available.


Step 1 - Quote

Let your Customer Service Representative know what models and features you are interested in, and the approximate quantities of each. We will respond with a quote based on the exact requirements of your team.

Fill out our quote request form, or contact us. Your Customer Service Representative will work with you to understand your requirements, answer your questions, and help you select the models and options best suited to your team's needs. At this stage we only need a rough indication of models and quantities - we do not need to know exact details and sizes until Step 2.

Each F2P customised sportswear design creates a totally unique team identity. So we will develop a quote uniquely tailored to your team's exact requirements.

Upon request we can send you samples - so you can see firsthand our uncompromising quality and the various technical features of our fabrics and garments. See our Samples policy.

Indicate if the design work will be done by one of F2P's experienced designers, or by your own designer. See our Design Details and Design Fees.

Step 2 - Order Form

Complete the order form by selecting your F2P customised sportswear models, and the quantities and sizes you would like of each.

Your Customer Service Representative will help you with any questions or clarifications needed for you to complete the order form. We will work with you to make sure your order form has the models and options best suited to your team's needs. 

We will help you with sizing information and optimal fit via our sizing charts. Upon and request we can also send you a Fit-Kit with range of samples for fitting and sizing purposes. See our Samples policy.

The order form shows the final models, options, sizes and quantities of your team's order. Please fill out the order form carefully; changes cannot be made to your order from this point onwards. See our Terms & Conditions.


Step 3 - Deposit

We will send you an invoice for the 50% deposit based on your team's order form details. Once the deposit payment is made work can be initiated on your team's customised sportswear order.

Your team's F2P sportswear will be 100% customised and only of use to your team members. The 50% deposit is thus non-refundable. See our Terms & Conditions.

Payment can be made via cash, cheque, bank transfer, credit card or PayPal (depending on your country).


Step 4 - Design

Brief us on your team's design ideas and requirements. One of our creative designers will develop a draft design for your comments and further development. Once you are completely satisfied, approve the final design.

Some customers give us a very detailed briefing with photos, drawings and logos etc. Others give us a vague idea of what they would like and look to us for creativity. At F2P we offer a full design service, so we are happy to deal with whatever approach works best for your team. We turn your ideas into reality! See our Design Details and Design Fees.

In some cases our customers prefer to do the design work themselves. We will provide you with the relevant templates and guidelines (all design work provided must meet F2P's technical requirements).

Step 5 - Printing and Construction

The pure customisation and advanced construction process will begin for your team's order. Lead-time calculation commences from this point and usually takes 6 to 8 weeks. We will keep you updated on the progress of your order.

Upon receipt of the 50% deposit, approval of the design and confirmation of the order form our production team will set to work making your team-defining sportswear.

To be fair to all customers our orders are handled on a first-come-first-served basis.

Please notify your Customer Service Representative if you are working towards a particular event or deadline. While our Customer Service, Design and Production Teams will make every effort to accommodate your urgent requirements, each order is subject to the existing production schedule. Step 6 - Delivery and Balance Payment

We will send you an invoice for the balance 50% payment; this is payable upon delivery of your order. Your team-defining customised sportswear will be delivered to your door.

Please prepare to make payment upon delivery. Depending on your country payment can be made via cash, cheque, bank transfer, credit card or PayPal.
