We do NOT charge set-up or preparation fees.

We do NOT arbitrarily allocate design fees across the prices of your garments. To keep things fair we treat design fees separately.

We do NOT charge design fees by the hour. With F2P's pure customisation we charge a low flat fee and work until you are happy with your team's design! See our Terms & Conditions.

To ensure you only pay for what your unique design requires, we have two levels of flat design fees:

• Simple Design: For cases where logos are provided in the correct format and require no reproduction work by our designers.
• Complex Design: For cases where logos require reproduction work by our designers. See our Design Details.
