Order Process

In 6 easy steps we will create the finest customised sportswear available - and your team will have its identity! At any stage in the ordering process you can contact your Cstomer Service Representative for questions and updates. A printer friendly version of this information is available.


Step 1 - Quote

Let your Customer Service Representative know what models and features you are interested in, and the approximate quantities of each. We will respond with a quote based on the exact requirements of your team.

Step 2 - Order Form

Complete the order form by selecting your F2P customised sportswear models, and the quantities and sizes you would like of each.

Step 3 - Deposit

We will send you an invoice for the 50% deposit based on your team's order form details. Once the deposit payment is made work can be initiated on your team's customised sportswear order.

Step 4 - Design

Brief us on your team's design ideas and requirements. One of our creative designers will develop a draft design for your comments and further development. Once you are completely satisfied, approve the final design.

Step 5 - Printing and Construction

The pure customisation and advanced construction process will begin for your team's order. Lead-time calculation commences from this point and usually takes 6 to 8 weeks. We will keep you updated on the progress of your order.

Step 6 - Delivery and Balance Payment

We will send you an invoice for the balance 50% payment; this is payable upon delivery of your order. Your team-defining customised sportswear will be delivered to your door.
